HİSARÖNÜ KÖYÜ Mimoza ve Zakkum ağaçları arasından motel ve pansiyonları ile turizme hizmet verir. Sörf tutkunlarının vazgeçilmez uğrak yeridir. Sağlık tanrıçası Hemithia burada yaşamış ve hastalara şifa dağıtmıştır.
 HEMİTHIA EFSANESİ; Rodos kralı Staphylus'un eşi Crysothemisin ve kızı kutsal şarabı korumakla görevlendirilirler.. Birgün, küçük kızları Molpedia ve Parthenos uyurlarken evcil domuzları fıçıları devirir ve tüm şarabı dökerler. Uyanıp, zararın farkına varan iki kız kardeş korkuya kapılıp sahile doğru koşarlar. Amaçları bir tekneye binip denize açılmak ve intihar etmektir. Ancak Apollon onları kurtarır. Apollon Molpedia'yı Hisarönü koyunun sonundaki alışveriş merkezine bırakır. Kısa zamanda köy halkı, Apollon tarafından getirilen bu kızın uykusunda hastaları iyileştirdiğini fark eder ve ona "Sağlık Tanrıçası" anlamına gelen Hemithia (Hethimea) ismini verirler. Yakınında hiçbir işletme olmayan mekân, o eşsiz koyda, yalnızlığını sizinle paylaşmak istiyor. Güneş, Hisar önünde her yere veda ettikten sonra en son Mimoza restoran’a veda ediyor ve günbatımı Mimoza’da ayrı bir törene dönüşüyor, Çalınan klasik müzik de bu törende size eşlik ediyor.
Ama zannetmeyin ki sadece günbatımı bir törene dönüşüyor, aksine günün her saati bir tören şenliğinde yaşanıyor burada. Geniş, rahat ve denize sıfır masalarınızda otururken, Mimoza’nın atmosferinden büyüleneceksiniz.
Akşamları gökyüzündeki ışıl ışıl yanan yıldızlar ve ayın altında vaktin nasıl geçtiğini anlamayacaksınız. MİMOZA değişimi sürekli kılarak ama kalitesinden asla ödün vermeyerek neredeyse imkânsızı başarmıştır.

Mimoza Restaurant is located on one of the most beatiful coves of Marmaris Peninsula, which is called Hisarönü, Mimosa is located en route to Datca , on the left passing 200 metres away from the viiiage of Degirmenyani. Scattered with beautiful oleander trees and mimosas , Hisaronu is formed into two bays with smail hotels and pensions to accommodate the wayfarer and the frequently visiting wind surf lovers .. The mythological Health Goddess Hemithia abided here to heal the iII.
The Legend of Hemithia
Crysothemisin, the wife of King Staphylus of Rhodes, and her daughter, were entrusted the duty of guarding the kegs of Holy Wine. One day, while her daughters Molpadia and Parthenos were sleeping, their tamed diary pigs had accidentially tipped over the wine kegs, spilling all the contents onto the floor. In fear of being dicovered, the two sisters began to flee towards the sea. Their intention had been to set out to sea and, to end their lives. Aware of the sisters intentions, The God Apollo decided to save their lives. Taking Molpadia back to the center of Hisaronu viiiage. The villagers soon discover that Molpadia possessed the gift of curing the iII in their sleep. Thereafter, the name Hemithia, meaning God of Healing was given to her by the villagers.
